Your strombolis will arrive from Leonetti´s Frozen Foods either frozen or chilled. Orders are shipping 1 or 2 day packed in styrofoam shipping containers packed with dry ice. Each stromboli is cooked, frozen, and individually wrapped in cellophane prior to being packed.We ask you notify us of problems within two business days.
Leonetti´s "Promise of Excellence" is your assurance of quality. If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by calling (215) 729.4200 [9am-2pm EST], within two business days after receipt of your order. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with Customer Service. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)Wrap the package well, and make sure the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) provided by Customer Service is prominently displayed on the exterior of the package. Also write the RMA# on your original or a copy of your packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
